We started as a group of neighbors working with our kids to pack school supplies and snack bags on driveways. We've grown into a staff that comes from all over the world, impacting thousands of lives each year. Our mission today is the same as it was yesterday: To bring neighbors together to love and help, and in that work, we hope to reflect the radical love of Jesus.
DIRECTOR OF OUTREACH
Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with our Outreach Coordinators to help build relationships with our refugee neighbors
- Manage our CRM system
- Develop relationships with our volunteers and work to cultivate new volunteers
- Assist with marketing functions
- Attend meetings with partner organizations and prospective donors
- Assist with grant writing
- Attend weekly team meetings (Wednesday mornings)
- Lead portions of Staff Meetings
- Active role at Radical Love events and programs
Requirements:
A passion for Radical Love and the work we do in our community
Demonstrated experience as an effective oral and written communicator
Experience working with a diverse team/group
Ability to multitask a variety of projects and communicate about them to the team
Experience speaking with and presenting to groups
Background in marketing, communications, or logistics a plus
A follower of Jesus
This position reports to the Executive Director.
Hourly expectation: 10-15 hours/week

$1000: A bed, mattress, sheets, blankets and pillows for a refugee family
$2500: ESL Books and materials for our Friendship & Learning program
$5000: Bus transportation for refugee neighbors to attend our ESL program
